What Is Behavioral Health?
Behavioral health refers to how your habits, emotions, and actions affect your mental and physical well-being. It includes mental health conditions like anxiety or depression, as well as behaviors like eating habits, substance use, and stress management. Good behavioral health means making positive choices that support your overall wellness.
A lot can shape your overall Behavioral health
An employee working a standard 40-hour week puts in about 2,080 hours per year (40 hours × 52 weeks), according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Most U.S. workers are affected by mental health challenges, 76% reported experiencing at least one symptom. 84% said their workplace contributed to these issues. Because of this, 81% of employees now want to work for companies that actively support mental health.
