Are You a Puerto Rican Mom with a Young Child? Columbia University Wants to Hear from You!
The Lugo Lab at Columbia University's Department of Psychiatry is launching an exciting new research study, and they need your help!
This study looks at how extreme weather events affect family functioning in a household where the mom is Puerto Rican, and your experiences could make a real difference. If you qualify, you'll be helping advance science and getting paid up to $452 for your time, all from the comfort of your home.
Who Can Participate?
You may be eligible if you:
Are a mother of a child aged 1 to 3 years old
Identify as Puerto Rican mom
Live in Uptown Manhattan or the Bronx
Consider yourself low-income
What’s Involved?
This is a completely remote study, no need to travel or leave home!
If eligible, you’ll complete:
A baseline interview and online survey
Recurring online surveys over a 12-month period
A final interview and survey at the end of the study
How Much Will You Get Paid?
Participants can earn up to $452 total for completing all parts of the study.
You’ll be compensated throughout the study, not just at the end.
